How much does shipping cost?
Most items sent within Australia will fall under our flat rate shipping as follows:
Standard post: $10.00
Shipping is always free for orders over $150.
(Please note that it is impossible to apply two discount together, and Ambassadors can’t use free shipping option )
If an order is particularly bulky or heavy, additional charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

How long will shipping take?
Delivery within Australia can be expected in 5 to 10 Â business days.
When will my order be shipped?
We endeavour to ship all parcels the same or next business day.When will I receive a shipping confirmation email?
A shipping confirmation with a tracking code will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched.

Additional duties charged in some countries are not included in the shipping rate and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are packed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days
Please allow for delays over public holidays, extreme weather conditions, Covid-19 delays and property access for delivery.
For shipment updates please use the tracking number provided in your shipped confirmation email or contact your local postal service with your tracking number.
By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that Majo&Co. is not responsible for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area.
We have limited control over delivery times and recommend phoning the courier listed on your email notification. Drivers are not hired by Majo&Co, they are third party delivery couriers, therefore out of our control. Orders cannot be cancelled and or refunded due to delay or loss once in the hands of a shipping party. Once a parcel has been deemed delivered by a third party shipment company Majo&Co. can take no responsibility for missing, stolen or undelivered goods.
All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.We are unable to make changes or cancel orders, once shipped or lodged with Australia Post or other delivery service. If a refund is requested, items will be refunded minus shipping costs and minus 20% restocking fee.
Due to Covid 19 there are some shipping delays with both domestic and international shipping. Majo&Co. is not responsible for any delays and goods or shipping costs will not be refunded for delays or hold ups with shipping.
If you live in a apartment, we recommend you get your parcel delivered to a secure parcel locker. We cannot take responsibility for parcels proven to be delivered but not received, or parcel stolen from letterboxes.
Import taxes or customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a parcel returned due to non-delivery or not being picked up or import fees not paid, a refund will not be given.
Missing Parcels
If your order has gone missing, please email us so we can resolve this for you. Please note, due to insurance limitations, if your parcel is deemed lost in transit, we currently reserve the right to process a refund. Parcels acknowledgment as lost in transit by Majo&Co.will be reimbursed minus any logistic changes incurred due to customer error.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will happily exchange products that were not quite the right fit or style provided they are in as new condition with the swing tag attached. We can also offer you a store credit if you would prefer.
Please email us contact@majoluxurypet.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will supply you with a return address. The cost of return shipping falls on the purchaser.
Exchanges are at the discretion of Majo&Co inspection of the items. Products will not be exchanged if they have been worn and are not in as new condition.
Majo&Co. will provide a full refund where an item is faulty. Please contact us and we will provide you with a return address.
Change to you orderÂ
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact us to contact@majoluxurypet.com immediately.
If your order has already been processed, Majo&Co.accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our returns process is available for changing incorrect items.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees.
Majo&Co. reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
Sale ItemsÂ
Items on sale, or offered at any type of discount (including ambassador discounts), can be returned for Majo&Co credit only.
AmbassadorÂ
If at the time of payment you forget to enter the discount code, you will not be reimbursed for the discount, but you will receive credit for you next order
