Sizing
We are happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues, as we understand it can be hard to get right. Please contact contact@majoluxurypet.com within 7 days of receiving the product/s and we will help start the return process. All products to be exchanged have to be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Postage and/or courier costs for the returned products will be the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty and Defective Items
We have tried our best to ensure each product meets the high quality standards we have set. Each product is inspected before shipping to ensure there are no defects, however, if your product has arrived faulty or damaged please contact contact@majoluxurypet.com and we can help assist with your enquiry.
